The end of Star Wars: The Clone Wars was the ending to a chapter of Star Wars many were expecting … but somehow weren’t emotionally prepared for at the same time. The series aired its final four episodes as a four-part event that felt appropriately cinematic — and you might have the chance to watch it with hundreds of fellow fans.

The final episode of the Siege of Mandalore arc, “Victory and Death,” aired on May 4, 2020. Ever since the series closed out with these episodes, fans have wondered if they would ever be screened together as one movie-like experience, whether theatrically or otherwise. Now, Star Wars Celebration is making those wishes a reality.

In its full list of panels announced yesterday, Star Wars Celebration revealed that the convention will include a screening of Star Wars: The Clone Wars‘ Siege of Mandalore arc.

From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 29, the Celebration Stage will provide Star Wars fans the chance to relive — or view for the very first time — the final four episodes of the series. The screening will be hosted by David Collins, with special guests Dave Filoni, Carrie Beck, and Athena Portillo.

These episodes showed fans the infamous Order 66 in a new light as Ahsoka Tano fought for her life … by not fighting at all. It was the development of her character fans had been waiting for, and if you’re ready to sob uncontrollably all over again, this is where you might end up.

You can read more about the panels, times, and locations via the official announcement on StarWars.com.

Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2022 takes place from May 26 to May 29 with more guests, panels and more to be announced in the weeks leading up to the event. Stay tuned for more coverage before and during the convention.
