San Diego Comic Con Preview
By Daniel Berry
This year’s San Diego Comic Con doesn’t begin until tomorrow but there is plenty of news from the Star Wars front already pouring in. Fans should expect plenty of exciting announcements to be made over the next four days, including details on releases from Del Rey books, Marvel comics and Lucasfilm itself.
One of the more interesting rumors to appear out of the SDCC channels is that Marvel may be announcing a new title based on Leia Organa.
From Bleeding Cool:
"… we’ve been told of a third Star Wars comic to join the lineup, and focusing on the character of Princess Leia."
This would be another great step forward for Marvel and of course, very exciting for fangirls everywhere!
Plenty of photos are also making their way from the Comic Con floor and onto the internet…
