The Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California, will take place from April 16th through the 19th. Dork Side‘s own Kyle Warnke will be attending and providing updates on all the festivities. As part of the celebration, 35 artists were chosen from hundreds, to display their exclusive art-work.

Comicbook.com is reporting that two of those artists’ art-prints, can be pre-ordered starting now, through April 10th.

The first print is The Inquisitor’s Gift, illustrated by Joe Corroney with painted color by Hi-Fi’s Brian Miller. The lithograph print is 18″ x 24″.

Joe Corroney had this to say about his inspiration:

"“Darth Vader is my favorite Star Wars character and hands down my favorite character to illustrate. But I hadn’t yet done a print for Celebration that just focused on him.”"

The second piece is titled Remember the Death Star by Hi-Fi’s Brian Miller for Oktopolis. It is a 24″ x 36″ movie poster size lithograph, printed on heavy card stock.

Brian Miller had this to say about his inspiration for this piece:

"“I wanted Darth Vader to be larger than life and more of an iconic representation of the Empire, in a similar vein to how Uncle Sam was portrayed in many propaganda posters. The type and design elements were chosen to serve as a powerful recruitment tool for the Empire.”"
