Possible Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer #2 Audio Leaked

“There has been an awakening…have you felt it?”

Tomorrow marks the first day of the Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California. Rumors have been swirling the Internet, that J.J. Abrams will show The Force Awakens trailer #2, a full week ahead of when it’s officially salted to air, in from of Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. Barely three hours ago, a post on the sub-Reddit /r/StarWarsLeaks, claimed to have what could possibly be a snippet of the audio track from the second trailer.

I know what you’re thinking. “Yeah right, this is a massive troll job to make all the nerds explode in a Star Wars induced orgasm.” and you’d be safe with that assumption. However, the faithful redditors of Star Wars Leaks, sound-engineered the crap out of the audio file and are convinced that it is legit. Listen and decide for yourself.

Now, there some of those lines are direct quotes from Luke, in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, as he is explaining to Leia that she is his sister. However, as commenter Hufflepuffins points out, a post from Theforce.net from 2 months ago, has the same line that Han supposedly says in the leak. “Chewie, We’re Home.“

I don’t know about you, but my spine, it is a tingling! The biggest concern here is, how such a potentially huge leak could occur over a film that has possibly been one of the best kept secrets in movie history. The answer is simple. The audio folks in charge of setting up the rumored trailer debut, are trying to get the sound right, the day before the Star Wars Celebration officially opens.

Regardless of whether this is a legit leak, or a huge troll job, the audio does induce a massive nerdgasm, and I for one am thinking it is real. I guess we will have to wait and see, tomorrow, and as always, good job Star Wars Reddit, good job.
