27. Anthony Daniels Gets Personal
As I said before, Anthony Daniels is one of the more accessible stars of the franchise, and that came through in his panel appearance on Friday. The actor admitted to getting a little tired of the character throughout his run, but he emphasized that he was energized about playing the character again after being cast in The Force Awakens.
He reiterated what others have said about Abrams staying true to the series’ practical roots with real-life sets, and even shared some humorous stories about unfortunate Star Wars product placements that he participated in.
