The Wolfpack Podcast has reported pictures that one of their listeners sent in of Kylo Ren-themed packaging, found at a Toys R Us.
The photos are of a Star Wars Rebels Inquisitor clock; the box it comes in features the new design that will be present in full force on Force Friday, September 4th, when new Star Wars: The Force Awakens toys are unveiled in retail stores.

It’s not surprising to me that some of The Force Awakens packaging has already sneaked into stores. Accidents happen or marketers get sneaky, and things get shelved early. It’s not surprising, either, that the Force Friday toy line has already gotten so many leaks. To me, leaks and surreptitious shelf stocking of items, like the one above that features the new package theme, only increase the hype among fans for what’s to come.
We’ve known about the Kylo Ren theme for Star Wars toy packaging for quite some time, which continues the tradition of the villains being the go-to for marketing, not just toys, but any and all manner of Star Wars products. Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers are seen most often, along with Darth Maul, all three fan-favorites; and Kylo Ren is already no exception to that rule. With his awesome helmet and utterly wicked broadsaber, I could see him becoming the face of Star Wars marketing for a long time to come.
Providing he survives Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
