10 things we want to see in The Force Awakens trailer

Tonight during Monday Night Football on ESPN we will finally get to see a full trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.  You know how the Ewoks were all cheering at the end of the battle of Endor? That’s basically me right now.

Not only am I excited to see The Force Awakens trailer because STAR WARS TRAILER BABY! I’m also hoping it sheds some light on a few things.  Here are the ten things I hope to see in the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer.

Maybe some spoilers ahead, I can’t be sure, I’m not a Jedi.

1. What That Stick Does

Rey is always carrying around a big stick, I would like to know what that stick does.

If that stick is so valuable that you would risk running with it it must do something cool.  I mean this looks like an excellent way to trip and put your eye out… and the last thing you want to do in a huge explosion filled attack is put your eye out.  (Unless your Han Solo in which case you are plenty badass enough to fight with one or no eyes or sight at all.)

Is Rey’s stick some kind of weapon? Has it got something to do with her profession as a scavenger? Does it need a wifi signal to work? Perhaps it’s an elder scroll? These are all valid questions that I hope the trailer address.
