Jimmy Kimmel hosted the cast of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, along with Director J.J. Abrams and a few surprise guests. We have the full coverage of all the awesome interviews and hilarity involved with the show.

We are less than a month away from the worldwide theatrical debut of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and with each day that crawls ever closer to the premiere, more and more interviews are beginning to pop-up with the cast and crew of the film, as well as never before seen footage via all new television spots which are now playing with more regularity.

On Monday night (November 23), a sampling of the cast from The Force Awakens — Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Adam Driver (Kylo Ren), and Carrie Fisher (Leia), along with the film’s director J.J. Abrams — appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to discuss all thing Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The show opened with Jimmy usual monologue, and then moved into some fun segments like his famous “Lie Witness” segment, then on to things that sound like Chewbacca. But, it all started with Carrie Fisher contacting Jimmy via holo-communicator.

Carrie Fisher is absolutely hilarious, and should be considered a national treasure. The entire skit was made exponentially better by having R2-D2 project the entire interview. Next we have Harrison Ford (Who wasn’t on the show, but who filmed his skit a month before) finally forgiving his old pal Chewbacca.

Oh my god, that was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in awhile. The grumpy old curmudgeon Harrison Ford, finally making peace with his best friend Chewie. This was actually a wrap-up to a hilarious mini-skit Harrison did over two years ago while on Kimmel’s show, which was a continuation of a skit from 2011…SHE WAS MY WIFE! Next, Kimmel did a play on Star Wars, by turning the trailer for The Force Awakens into a romantic comedy.

I’m not gonna lie, I’d watch that movie. Next we have things that sound like Chewbacca.

I’ve got a drawer in my desk that sounds just like Chewie…I guess I missed my chance to get on the show. Next, Lie Witness News.

It never fails to amuse me on how so many people will straight up lie when a camera is pointed at them. Next, J.J. Abrams hits this couch ahead of the cast.

The first spoken word in Star Wars: The Force Awakens is…

And, J.J. reveals that not that many people have see The Force Awakens.

Finally, the cast joined J.J. on the couch.

They couldn’t take their scripts home.

Carrie Fisher whispers the final scene of the film to Jimmy…not really.

To round it all off, a young Star Wars fan named Arden, competed against the cast in a Star Wars trivia game.

I would not want to play Arden in a game of Star Wars trivia, as I’m sure he would shame me into submission. The show was a blast and I love that Jimmy Kimmel himself is a huge fan of the franchise. Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters worldwide on December 17 and 18.
