21. Millennium Falcon vs The Enterprise

Both Star Wars and Star Trek have two of the easiest recognizable ships in all of fantasy/science fiction. But which one is the best? The Falcon is obviously a lot smaller than the Enterprise, and while the flagship of the Federation may be able to hold thousands of crew, the Falcon can make the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs.

Millennium Falcon:

  • Class — Light Freighter
  • Size — The Falcon is an odd bird: 35 Meters in length, 26 meters wide, and 8.27 meters in height/depth.
  • Engine — Heavily modified and upgraded Hyperdrive
  • Armaments — Two modified quad laser cannons, one hidden surface defense blaster cannon, two 4- missile tubes, landing jets modified as anti-personnel weapons, lightning gun, high-powered tractor beam generator, and a minelayer.

The USS Enterprise:

  • Class — Galaxy
  • Size — 642 meters in length, 464 meters wide, and 195 meters in height.
  • Engine — Warp Engine
  • Armaments — 12 phaser arrays, three torpedo launchers, ant-matter mines.

Winner: The Millennium Falcon. Yes, Enterprise is a larger ship, but the Falcon is faster, and much more heavily armed. In fact, I am shocked at how little the Enterprise is armed. I guess when you’re a science and exploration ship, you don’t really need to be armed to the teeth.
