Hard to determine, as her role in TFA was very limited.
Worst Moment
Allowing herself to be dumped down a trash chute by Finn and Han Solo and Chewbaca, meaning Starkiller Base’s shileds would be dropped.
Breakdown
Captain Phasma went from someone we had only heard about in the story rumors about The Force Awakens to a fan favorite up there with the likes of Boba Fett and Darth Maul. Everyone is assuming that the new awesome bad guy role is going to go to Kylo Ren — but it’s already been bestowed on Captain Phasma.
We still don’t know that much about Phasma — except that she’s not a bad guy at all. The fact that we have a strong female villain in the Star Wars universe is important in more than one way, and it’s something that will no doubt carry on in the future Star Wars films and beyond, as fans now have a new favorite villain to cling to.
