The Imperial planet of Scarif is the base of operations for the Empire’s military installation. Scarif is the principal construction facility for the Imperial war machine, and most importantly the construction planet for the Death Star. The planet is protected by impenetrable deflector shields that are heavily defended, at nearly impenetrable shield gates. These shield gates could prove costly to the Empire, should an X-Wing pilot fire a shot at just the right time, precisely at just the right spot.
