No, Jyn Erso from Rogue One is not the mother of Rey from The Force Awakens. Yes, they have the same hair color and complexion. But in a galaxy so huge, it is not surprising that two similar-looking human females are not related to one another. Felicity Jones (who plays Jyn) agrees, and it was her who confirmed that her character and Daisy Ridley’s are not in any way related.
