21. Star Wars Hot Topic
Hot Topic is another clothing company that is guilty of trying to replicate costumes from the films way to accurately. Although Hot Topic’s styles aren’t a spitting image of the clothing worn by the on-screen characters. It’s still way too close for my liking, it is meant to look like something from a far away galaxy right? Why are these brand name clothing manufacturers trying so hard to replicate it? Well, except for the obvious reason of corporations making money. I know Hot Topic has a demographic much younger than myself, and maybe that’s why the desire for this style of clothing gets lost on me. Either way, I’m not a fan, but it’s not like I planned on shopping at a Hot Topic again, ever.
