25 Star Wars characters who should get their own standalone film

3. Obi- Wan Kenobi
Most all Star Wars fans want an Obi-Wan film. I want to know what he was up to in between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. I have a suspicion that The Last Jedi might touch on it, but even if it does, I think there is still plenty of unresolved questions surrounding the most righteous of the Jedi in my opinion.
Not only is the time he watched over young Luke on Tatooine the basis for a ton of speculation. What about his youth? How did he get introduced to the Jedi? When did he start using the Force?Did he ever have any children? (that’s the real question now isn’t it?)
I hope he did, and it either is Rey or one of Rey’s parents or something. Nonetheless, Obi-Wan was a wise, noble and dedicated Jedi who ended up sacrificing himself to help the greater good. A strong lesson for all of us.
