Watch Star Wars icon Mark Hamill hilariously prank Star Wars fans in this Force for Change video…

Star Wars: The Last Jedi doesn’t hit theaters until December 15, later this year, but that isn’t stopping Luke Skywalker himself, actor Mark Hamill, from actively raising money for that most excellent of charities, Star Wars: Force for Change.

In an all-new video posted on the official Star Wars Facebook page, Hamill can be seen sneaking up behind unsuspecting Star Wars fans who think they’ve been asked to record bits for a 40th-anniversary commercial. Check it out:

Nobody carries the Star Wars flag more proudly that Mark Hamill. He truly is an ambassador for everything that is right in humanity. I love how Hamill is still connecting with his fans 40 years after the very first Star Wars film — A New Hope — was released.

The Force for Change campaign is an Omaze charitable project, and since Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the cast and crew of the films have been getting involved in a major way to try and have a positive impact on the lives of children around the world.

Fans can make a gift to Force for Change, and depending on what each one can afford, the chances go up with each dollar amount. From $10 to $50,000, the larger the gift, the better one’s chances are of winning the grand prize. And what is the prize? Well, I’m glad you asked because according to the Force or Change site, here is what you could win:

This is a fantastic cause, and if you decided to make a charitable gift, make sure it’s through Star Wars: Force for Change.
