Star Wars Rebels season 3 is coming to Blu Ray on August 29

As announced on The Star Wars Show on Wednesday, Star Wars Rebels season 3 arrives on Blu Ray and DVD on August 29.

The third season of Star Wars Rebels features some of the animated series most seminal moments. These include the return of beloved Legends villain Grand Admiral Thrawn and an epic showdown between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Maul.

Relive those moments, as well as all the fun and excitement of Star Wars Rebels season 3 when it arrives on Blu Ray and DVD on August 29; just in time for the premiere of the series’ fourth and final season this fall.

Season 3 of Rebels was by far the darkest and the most surprising. Maul and Thrawn made all kinds of trouble for our heroes. Old friends like Mon Mothma, Wedge Antilles, Saw Gerrera and Obi-Wan Kenobi connected Rebels to the Star Wars saga at large. Finally, new characters like the Bendu and Sabine’s Mandalorian family enriched the lore of the Star Wars galaxy.
