2. Yoda sees a vision of Darth Bane on Moraband

Episode:  Season 6 Episode 13: Sacrifice

"Episode Summary: After many grueling trials, Yoda next travels to the ancient Sith home world of Moraband, where he must face an ancient evil determined to rule the galaxy"

The Moment: After completing his trials with the Priestesses, and with the Dark Side test within the cave on Dagobah, the Force, via Qui-Gon Jinn, takes him to the ancient Sith world of Moraband. Yoda faces his greatest test yet, when he encountered a vision of the power Sith Lord Darth Bane, then also a vision of the darkness to come with the execution of Order 66 and its aftermath.

Why It’s Memorable: This moment shows us many things. First off, that Yoda himself has much to learn, where he is taught that he does have darkness inside of him, just like anyone else, which is coming to terms with helps him moving forward on his Jedi path.

When Yoda visits the old tombs in the Valley of the Sith Lords, that brought me geek chills to the max. I read about this planet in Legends novels, but seeing this on screen brought it to a whole new level.

How cool was it to see Mark Hamill, AKA Luke Skywalker, voice a different aspect of the Force (Darth Bane) than we have grown accustomed too? Way to go Luke! Yoda is also given a view, but a cloudy one, into the future, preparing him for the dark times ahead with the coming of Order 66 and the ultimate revenge of the Sith.
