What could Star Wars have in store for us on Television?
Star Wars has an incomparably rich universe. There are numerous planets and storylines to explore. The films, however incredible and beloved they are, cannot fully explore all of the intricacies of the galaxies. We have been blessed with some great Star Wars animated series, as well as some great books an comics.
However, as a fan, I feel like we are still lacking some pivotal representations of important historical moments in the galaxy. Moments that would allow us to have full insight into the psychology of some of our favorite characters. What are some of these insights and characters you may ask? Well, I for one would like to know about those lost 10 years between The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones.
I would like to know more about the origins of some of the most famed and powerful Jedi masters. I would love to know more about the emergence of the First Order as a power and the way the Resistance formed in response to this threat!
All of these things and more, I believe should be addressed in TV shows. In a world as magnificently complicated as this one, it is of the utmost importance to spend time supplying fans with intimate details of the universe that will allow them to submerge deeply in the characters and worlds created.
Though generally speaking, Star Wars does a good job of this, I think there are certain cracks in the foundation. Here is a list of Star Wars TV series that I think would cover all of the blank spaces in the Star Wars lore and provide fans with a comprehensive guide to the universe we all love. Star Wars
