25 Star Wars TV shows we really want to see

22. Porg animated series

You may not agree with me, but I think that the Porgs may be the cutest addition to the Star Wars universe. They’re like a puffin/gerbil hybrid and I just love them! I think that a short YouTube series like Forces of destiny would be a great way to get these little guys out there as much as possible!

Kids love them, (most) adults love them, and I think that little-animated stories featuring a variety of Porg related adventures would be a crowd pleaser! The content could range all the way from their daily lives on the island to some adventures with Chewie. Maybe we’ll even get to see them interact with grumpy old Luke. Maybe they will even cheer him up slightly with their cuteness.

This show would obviously be targeted to younger children, but I think adults (like myself) would enjoy it too. Or, even better, an Ewoks and Porgs joint series would be the best. Unfortunately, the Ewoks would eat some Porg for supper, so maybe it’s not a hot idea after all.
