A Different Phasma Showdown
Phasma is such a bad ass, and I wish they had done more with her in the film. Alas, all we got was a quick but awesome battle scene between her and Finn.
However, a deleted scene from The Last Jedi gives us an alternate showdown between the two.
Though the scene ends the same way (with Phasma’s death), there is a little extra depth added. Instead of Finn vanquishing her right off the bat, Phasma actually disarms Finn. At that moment, Finn is surrounded by Phasma and little platoon of Stormtroopers.
While he fears his own end, Finn reveals Phasma’s cowardice as she revealed the shield codes to Starkiller base in The Force Awakens.

These are just a few of the deleted scenes that will be available on the DVD release of the film. There will be a whopping 14 deleted scenes! So, get excited my fellow Star Wars nerds!
