A new, full-length trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story just dropped. If you’re wondering how the Internet’s reacting, we’ve got you covered.
Solo: A Star Wars Story’s new trailer dropped tonight. You can watch it again and again in all of its glory here. We’re definitely fans of what we’ve seen so far from Solo. It looks to be action-packed and filled with emotion.
Donald Glover keeps looking more and more like he was born to play Lando Calrissian, while Alden Ehrenreich’s Han Solo and Emilia Clarke’s Qi’ra have captured more of our hearts and minds with each glimpse of new footage we get. Needless to say, we’re getting more and more excited for the film’s release with each passing parsec (we know… it’s a measure of distance, not time!)
But enough about us. How is the rest of the Internet reacting to the new Solo trailer?
Many are just as excited as we are

This one below really tugged at our r/prequelmemes heartstrings.

Others are not as excited…
Story looks somewhat interesting and the acting looks bland and subpar. Not sold. #SoloReactions

Anthony Ingruber should play Han Solo in the new movie. He looks just like Harrison Ford! Not feeling the guy they picked :/ #soloreactions
— Jo Ann Says (@JoAnnRue) April 9, 2018
While we agree that Ingruber does one heck of a Harrison Ford impression, we have faith that Ehrenreich is going to fit nicely into the Star Wars universe. Filling the shoes of one of the most beloved characters in cinematic history is no easy feat, but give the man a chance!
This movie never should have happened #SoloReactions

While some may be inclined to feel this way, we should try to be open-minded until after the movie’s come out to decide if it should have happened or not.
Some have some very important questions they want to be answered.
#SoloReactions Looks incredible. So many questions to look forward to being answered, including, where a potential Threepio/Artoo cameo fits into this story or does the duo’s perfect streak of live-action movie appearances stop here?
— Alex Yoh (@alexjyoh) April 9, 2018
We’re wondering the same thing regarding C-3PO and R2-D2. They’ve been in all nine live-action Star Wars films. Did Ron Howard find a clever way to incorporate the droid duo? If he did, it will likely only be a brief cameo, similar to their appearance in Rogue One.
Where the fuck is Boba Fett #soloreactions

Many have speculated that Boba Fett would be the main villain, or at least make his presence known, in Solo. While it’s not too late for the infamous bounty hunter to still make an appearance, he’s not in this trailer. Hopefully, he is in the movie, and Lucasfilm is merely keeping his role a secret à la Luke Skywalker in The Force Awakens.
Someone noticed Chewbacca hugging it out with another Wookiee
Mrs. Chewbacca?? Alternatively, I must know all details of your wookiee counterpart/battle buddy. #SoloReactions pic.twitter.com/FvqsRpmtES

This confirms we’ll be seeing Chewbacca’s family in Solo, setting up a re-release of the Holiday Special on Blu-ray, right?

Priceless! Star Wars brings out the best in all of us!
Next: Solo first impressions are promising!
We can’t wait to see Solo: A Star Wars Story (and the Internet’s reactions) when the film comes out on May 25th.
