Ashley Eckstein, David Eckstein give Star Wars mojo to St. Louis Cardinals

Ashley Eckstein and David Eckstein take over Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, with (the) “Force.”
It’s no secret that our site is an ambassador of Ashley Eckstein (Voice of Star Wars Ahsoka Tano/Her Universe founder) and her husband, David Eckstein (former MLB player/World Series Most Valuable Player). How could we not be? The dynamic couple brought together by the will of the Force, are huge inspirations for me, our other site Expert Merrilee, and tons of Star Wars/baseball fans across the galaxy.
If you’re late to the party or have been hiding under a rock on Dagobah, Ashley Eckstein is in the midst of a nationwide tour promoting “Her” inspirational book; It’s Your Universe: You Have the Power to Make it Happen.
On Monday night, the dynamic duo invaded Busch Stadium in St. Louis, proud home of THE St. Louis Cardinals, bringing the Force with them in the process. Even though we were unable to attend this particular event in Arch City, Merrilee and I did have the honor of attending the one a week prior — you can read about our adventures here!

Ashley, you have nothing to be ashamed of, not in the slightest. As Yoda says in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, “failure is the greatest teacher,” and you will no doubt fire a strike next time around!
Don’t forget that you rocked it in the same situation in Los Angeles, before the Angels game just a few moons prior.

It was also no coincidence that the St. Louis Cardinals and pitcher Miles Mikolas made history against the Kansas City Royals, no doubt inspired by Ashley Eckstein and her dream it and do it inspirational motto.
The power of the Force was strong with Mikolas, who had his best game to date — undoubtedly thanks to the Star Wars, Force mojo that Ashley Eckstein and David Eckstein brought with them.
