Solo: A Star Wars Story is filled with all sorts of references and Easter eggs, binding the Star Wars galaxy together!

Solo: A Star Wars Story was a love letter from the Kasdans and Ron Howard to the diehard Star Wars fans, providing the fandom with many nifty gifties along the way. The greatest gift was casting Alden Ehrenreich as a younger Han Solo, who knocked the role out of the park.

The entire cast from Solo: A Star Wars Story was perfect; with Donald Glover (the Childish Gambino himself) stealing the show as Lando Calrissian. Dryden Vos was frightening as a villain, and the Queen of the Dragons was her stunning self, as usual.

The Mighty Chewbacca received his proper due, with Joonas Suotamo proving why he’s the perfect replacement for Peter Mayhew. The film itself was a rollercoaster ride of fun, which the Star Wars fans most desperately needed after the heaviness of Star Wars: The Last Jedi. 

Solo: A Star Wars Story is a movie for the fans who usually fly casual, but even more significant to those who delve deep into the lore of the Star Wars franchise — i.e., comics, novels, etc.
