Poe Dameron

He’s our new favorite X-wing pilot (since Luke won’t be flying his anytime soon). And like so many new characters Abrams gave us in the sequel trilogy, there’s not much backstory available.

Poe already has his own comic, but it’s just not enough.

We need the origin story of his relationship with BB-8. Also, he’s a really good pilot – and the first significant pilot we’ve seen in the movies that wasn’t really good at flying because of the Force.

Where did those skills come from? What led him to decide to join up with the Resistance? And why does Leia like him so much?
