1. Anakin Skywalker – Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back

Here it is everyone; the No. 1 Star Wars character introduction goes to Anakin Skywalker!

But not Hayden Christian because that would be god-awful!

It might not be who you thought it would be but trust me; Anakin Skywalker deserves the No. 1 spot.

Now, as you have probably guessed from the above heading, I am referring to the introduction of Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back. Now you might be thinking, ‘hang on, he didn’t get introduced in Empire Strikes Back’ but he did. They never said his name, but they did introduce him.

I am referring to the biggest moment in Star Wars history. A moment that made us all sit up and go; NO‼‼‼, just like Luke did when he learned that Darth Vader was his father.

Because Darth Vader telling Luke he was his father is the introduction of Anakin Skywalker for the very first time.

It’s a moment that has been referred to many times and discussed over and over. People have played out his moment; they have used it in comedy sketches, spoof movies, etc. The, ‘I am your father moment’ is so iconic that even non-Star Wars fans know about it.

And that, that is why the introduction of Anakin Skywalker truly deserves the No. 1 spot on this list.
