Disneyland has been working away on Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The Millennium Falcon is now complete and we can see it in all its glory.
Dropping today on social media. Disneyland has shared the completed Millennium Falcon for the up and coming Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Not to be open to the public until next year, the Millenium Falcon is anticipated to be one of the most popular attractions upon its arrival.
Tests have been carried out on the ride, and those lucky few who have been able to try out the attraction have been giving positive feedback so far. Which in turn, has done nothing but make fans even more impatient for the arrival of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Not a huge amount is known about the ride itself. Dubbed the Millenium Falcon: Smugglers Run, the attraction is designed to be a fully immersive experience.
Considering how it has been labeled “Smugglers Run,” it’s probably safe to assume that the ride will involve you attempting to avoid capture from the Imperial Navy or some other group that is out to capture the Millenium Falcon.

The wait for the ride is known, and that is, unfortunately, a bit depressing. Reported to be able to serve up to 1,800 people per hour. That sounds really impressive until you boil it down to how many people attend the park per day, and that serving 1,800 people per hour translates to around a 6-hour wait time when it first opens.
Speaking of when it first opens. It looks as though Disneyland will only allow those with the most expensive annual pass to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. There is also the possibility that the MaxPass reservation system will be up and running as well come the unveiling of the new park. So keep a close eye on the requirements regarding tickets if you are planning on paying a visit to Disneyland.
