Wicket is coming back to Star Wars. Actor Warwick Davis is set to return as the stage host for 2019’s Star Wars Celebration.

Warwick Davis is returning to Star Wars Celebration as the stage host, Lucasfilm announced on Tuesday.

Davis, who first appeared in Return of the Jedi as the Ewok Wicket, has been in a number of different Star Wars films, including The Last Jedi and Rogue One.

Star Wars Celebration is a major convention. It took last year off after the big 40th anniversary celebration of the franchise, but returns again in 2019 to Chicago.

More from Star Wars Celebration

Davis makes for a great host because of his great personality and appearances in all the different Star Wars movies and TV series. He’s a connecting actor having appeared in the Original Trilogy, the Prequel Trilogy, the sequels, anthology movies, and also did voice work in Star Wars Rebels.

If there is a Star Wars movie going on, Davis can usually be found in it.

Tickets are running out for Star Wars Celebration. Considering it’s also the lead up to the end of the Skywalker Saga, this celebration is bound to be another great one. If the Star Wars Episode IX trailer doesn’t come out this week – as has been rumored – then Celebration is another time that many have earmarked for it to be released.

Either way, there will be plenty of buzz about Star Wars Episode IX, The Mandalorian, the return of Star Wars The Clone Wars, and so much more.
