The Mandalorian is one of the most anticipated upcoming Star Wars projects. Here are a few ways I think could make it great.
Since its official announcement back in October of this year, The Mandalorian live-action TV show has gotten the Star Wars community buzzing with anticipation for its eventual release. After a mixed reaction from fans over the recent movies, the announcement of this series has given everyone something to be excited for a new story unlike what we’ve seen before.
As the show is said to place between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, The Mandalorian will be giving us a look into a period which has mostly been unexplored by other movies and shows, as it follows the story of a gunfighter in the out rim of the galaxy.

Jon Favreau, who directed the original Iron Man back in 2008, which first kicked off the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is signed on to be the show’s head writer, and Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano and Nick Nolte have all so far been confirmed to be cast in starring roles for the series.
Right now, expectations are set appropriately high for what will be the first ever live-action Star Wars show, which is set to be released on the Disney streaming service.
If this show succeeds, then it could spark its own revolution in the world of Star Wars and lead to the creation of several more live-action shows, based off of the similar precedent of a unique and new story, set outside of the movies.
As fans continue to speculate more and more about The Mandalorian as new details and cast members continue to be announced, expectations for the show seemingly keep getting raised. Every fan who has heard about the show has their own ideas and thoughts as to how to make the show great, including myself.
Without further ado, here are 5 pitches to make the Mandalorian great.
