Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian will arrive in 2019

It’s going to be a busy year for Star Wars fans. There is plenty on the way including Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian.

Most of the talk right now is about Star Wars: Episode IX. The latest Star Wars movie is due to arrive at the end of the year and it will bring an end to the Skywalker saga. However, while it’s all very exciting and all, there is a ton of Star Wars projects arriving before it, including Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian.

That’s right. While we all expected it to arrive in 2019, we had no confirmation it definitely would, until now.

More from Star Wars News

A recent report by Entertainment Weekly has been released detailing all of the new Star Wars projects that will arrive during the year. Delving from TV shows to movies, comics, and more, it’s a big list of projects, and the most notable releases are Star Wars: The Clone Wars and The Mandalorian.

We learned about both of the TV shows in 2018. The Mandalorian is a brand new Star Wars show and the first live-action TV series, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars is the sixth season of the highly popular animated series that nobody wanted to see end back in 2012. So it is a bit of an understatement to say that fans were rather happy when they learned the series would be coming back.

Both will be arriving on the Disney+ streaming service. This gives us a bit of a better indication of when the two shows will specifically arrive in 2019 as the Disney+ streaming service is not expected until September.

As soon as we get more details about the release date we let you know, But at least, for now anyway, you can confidently say you are going to be able to watch the two highly anticipated shows in 2019.
