7 Things we want to see in Star Wars: The Clone Wars Season 7
Star Wars: The Clone Wars became a smash hit but when the series got cancelled after the Disney-Lucasfilm buy-out, fans were upset. Now, it’s back, and it’s back for one final season.
With Star Wars: The Clone Wars returning for Season 7, fans have gushed over what they want to see in the final of twelve episodes. There’s plenty the block of episodes could show. When Lucasfilm revealed the return, enthusiasts of The Clone Wars speculated what the show had in store for us.
We think we’ve got the answer to that question. Since there’s no word to when the Seventh Season (and Disney +) will debut, there’s time to guess what will happen.
7. Palpatine’s Kidnapping
LAS VEGAS – MAY 29: Actor Ian McDiarmid’s Emperor Palpatine character from the Star Wars series of films is shown on screen while musicians perform during “Star Wars: In Concert” at the Orleans Arena May 29, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The traveling production features a full symphony orchestra and choir playing music from all six of John Williams’ Star Wars scores synchronized with footage from the films displayed on a three-story-tall, HD LED screen. The most important plot point early in Revenge of the Sith was Palpatine‘s kidnapping by Dooku and Grievous. The event took place during the Siege of Mandalore prompting Anakin and Obi-Wan to leave Ahsoka to deal with Maul.
If the abduction occurs on-screen, we’d be stepping into the opening minutes of RotS without realizing it.
6. Padmé’s Pregnancy

We don’t know if Padmé will be in the twelve episodes. If she plays a role, she’d be along in her pregnancy as the events of the season take place before Revenge of the Sith. If this happens, the senator would have to come up with a creative way to avoid questions about her child’s paternity.
5. Maul V. Ahsoka

We get a reference to it in the prologue of the Ahsoka novel though it would be nice to witness the fight on the screen.
4. Order 66

The most famous moments in the prequels was the activation of Order 66. How awesome would it be if we witnessed the Clone protocol from the perspective of Ahsoka and/or Rex?
3. Siege of Mandalore
One of the most anticipated since the mention of the war in A New Hope is the Siege of Mandalore. After getting a mention in Ahsoka and Rebels, the Siege of Mandalore will be worth watching because reading about it doesn’t do a grand battle justice.
2. The Bad Batch

Many fans want Lucasfilm to complete its unfinished story reels with one plot being about the Bad Batch. The arc told the story of a bunch of troops known as Clone Force 99. These clones were the perfect Super Soldier. Think of the group as multiples of Bucky Barnes but in space.
The episodes containing these unique CTs appeared in the Legacy season that were uncompleted. The story reels were placed on the Star Wars website. I’ve heard a lot of fans say the arc is one they want completed.
1. Battle of Coruscant

When it comes to space battles, they don’t get quite as big as the Battle over Coruscant which is seen in the opening seconds of Revenge of the Sith. The prologue of the Ahsoka novel depicts Anakin and Obi-Wan leaving Ahsoka and Rex on Mandalore to deal with Maul while they rescue the Chancellor.
Conclusion
Season 7 is on the top every Star Wars fan’s list if they watched the series. Despite how the show ended during its run on Cartoon Network, fans were vocal about the series’ return and Lucasfilm and Disney listened.
