Star Wars fans know the power of the dark side. That is part of the appeal. As Darth Sidious said, “The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural.”

So let’s take a look at some of the top Sith Lords, in no particular order.

Darth Vader

Any of greatest Sith lists will usually start with Vader. The reason he is a great is because he allowed anger to keep himself alive. Vader did horrible things and allowed the Dark Side to consume, manifesting into even greater power.

Freedon Nadd

Freedon Nadd was part of the Old Repbulic timeine of Star Wars. He was an ancient-world Sith, who was once a Jedi and killed his master. A user of sorcerer of sorts who used the Force very well.

Revan

Having been rejected by the Jedi to help in the war, Revan rebelled and grabbed some Jedi to go fight anyway. Known as a powerful, Sith Lord Revan used his diplomatic skills to turn Jedi away. He did return to the Jedi later though.

Darth Plagueis

While he was not much of a fighter, Plagueis makes the list due to the fact he was bent on immortality. Setting up future generations of Sith Lords.

Darth Vitiate

He killed his father at 10 years old then proceeded to kill an entire planet. Enough said.
