There will be plenty happening at Star Wars Celebration, but also a few surprises. Here are five predictions of what we think will take place at the convention.

Star Wars Celebration is starts on Friday, where a bunch of Star Wars fans get together and celebrate the fandom. It’s a very big event and it’s going to be in my hometown Chicago this year.

Every Star Wars Celebration there a few big pane, especially when there are new movies coming out. This year, the big panel will be Star Wars: Episode IX  and other panels for video games and TV shows.

More from Star Wars Celebration

Here are some of my predictions in what we will see at Celebration this year:

We will get the official name and trailer for Star Wars Episode IX.

LucasFilm has debuted the trailers for every other Star Wars movie at Celebration, including The Force Awakens, Rogue One and The Last Jedi

New film announcement

We are going to get at least one new film announcement. Disney CEO Bob Iger said they won’t be putting out as many Star Wars movies as they have been, but I still think we are going to get at least one new film announcement. Whether it is from about the Rian Johnson trilogy or David Benioff and D.B. Weiss Star Wars movies or something else entirely.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Star Wars Celebration will see the full reveal for Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.

At E3 2018, EA announced the title for a new Star Wars game. A lot of people were disappointed with how they revealed the title, but hopefully they came name up for that with a full reveal at Star Wars Celebration.

The Mandalorian

The first trailer for The Mandalorian will premiere at Star Wars Celebration. It was announced that a new live-action Star Wars series is going to launch with Disney+. You know they are going to show to largest Star Wars event it just makes sense

Animated series

It will show some material from Star Wars Resistance Season 2 and the new season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. At San Diego Comic-Con, it announced that Star Wars: The Clone Wars is coming back for a new season. This will also be on Disney+.

Those are all the major things I think will be at Star Wars Celebration and it will be a very fun time this year. Are you guys going to Star Wars Celebration this year let me know in the comments section below?
