More from Star Wars Celebration

When: Friday, April 12 at 11 a.m. C.T.

That means that you East Coasters should tune in at noon and 9 a.m. on the west coast. Get your time zones in check because you don’t want to miss it.

What to expect?

We know that Kathleen Kennedy and J.J. Abrams are attending the panel. We also had a little slip from Oscar Isaac that he was headed to the convention.

Lucasfilm did also say that there would be plenty of surprises and special guests.

Who are the special guests?

I’m guessing everyone in Star Wars: Episode IX is a contender to be a special guest with Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Mark Hamill, Isaac, Anthony Daniels and others.

Though, Adam Driver might not be there. He is currently performing on Broadway with Keri Russell in previews for Burn, which premieres April 16. But there is a performance on Friday at 8 pm. Technically he and Russell have enough time to make it back from Chicago for the show, but that’s a quick turn around.

What are the surprises?

A trailer. Definitely.

A title. Most likely.

These are the things fans have been waiting on the most and there is no better time than this panel to reveal those. Once the Super Bowl passed with nothing coming our way, the only possible moment that would make sense is this Star Wars: Episode IX panel.

How to tune in?

If you’re not one of the lucky ones that won out in the panel lottery to be in the room, there are other ways to follow what’s going on.

First, the Star Wars Celebration app has a way to listen in on the panels. So if you’re at work, and trying to sneak in some info, headphones will be handy.

Also, there may be a live stream on Star Wars’ YouTube channel or other social networks.

You can also follow along on social media with all the people that will be live tweeting everything that is going on. There is no reason to miss anything that happening at Star Wars Celebration.
