If The Mandalorian panel is anything like what Lucasfilm did for Star Wars:Episode IX, we’re in for a real treat.

Star Wars Celebration continues its third of five days with the big panel on the docket being for Star Wars’ first live-action series The Mandalorian.

More from Star Wars Celebration

There’s little we know about the show, but should get a lot more info after Saturday’s panel.

What time is the panel?

The panel for The Mandalorian is Sunday at 11 a.m. CT

What to expect?

Jon Favreau, executive producer and writer, along with executive producer Dave Filoni are the only two announced to be on the panel.

However, this is one of the panels that has overflow stages so there should be a lot more surprises in store. You don’t want to waste a good opportunity like this one.

Much like Episode IX, we should get a teaser of some sorts, hopefully a trailer. Favreau and Filoni will also discuss working on the show especially with Filoni moving from animation to live-action.

The Star Wars Twitter feed was soliciting questions from fans for the panel, so there might be a few quirky questions asked of the guests.

What do we know about The Mandalorian?

It stars Pablo Pascal as the title character alongside Gina Carrano. In addition, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog and Nick Nolte have been tabbed for parts in the series.

The Mandalorian will premiere on November 12 with launch of the new streaming service Disney+.

In addition, the show takes place slightly after Return of the Jedi – so the galaxy is in a state of flux.

How can I watch the panel?

Even if you’re not at Star Wars Celebration, Lucasfilm made it easy to watch along. Check out the details here on how you can stream the panel.

The Mandalorian is scheduled to premiere November 12.
