8. Darth Maul

Darth Maul has had numerous fights that are noteworthy. In the previous slide on Qui-Gon Jinn, I covered both of their encounters. Jinn’s death immediately leads to a one-on-one battle with Obi-Wan Kenobi, who was grieving his master

The two wind up having multiple duels over the year. In The Clone Wars, Darth Maul and Savage Opress go up against Obi-Wan and Asajj Ventress. Ventress actually saves Kenobi from the brothers and the two are able to get out alive.

It isn’t just a lightsaber that Maul is adept with, either. He uses the Force to choke Bo Katan even though he’s surrounded with weapons pointed at him. He’s not only a skilled fighter but a bold one as well. That’s what makes him even more of a threat.

Darth Maul later duels Obi-Wan in one of the best duels in Star Wars Rebels. That fight is really something to behold. The two clearly harbor plenty of resentment for one another and Obi-Wan wanted to see Maul ended for what he did to Jinn. Not to mention for what he did to Duchess Satine Kryze. Even though Obi-Wan is the victor, Maul survived so much before that final fight between the two.
