25. Leia Organa

I honestly didn’t know if I wanted to put Leia on this lit. In the first trilogy, we saw how capable she was of getting herself out of dangerous situations. However, I never really thought of her as a skilled fighter. She was more of a strategist, which is likely what led her to her position as General Organa.

As Princess, she was widely recognized by many and she chose to use that power to empower the Rebellion, and later, the Resistance. She watched her entire planet’s destruction and was still able to carry on. In my book, that makes her not only a survivor but a fighter

Leia’s skills might not come as a Jedi or even as a soldier, but she’s been involved in her fair share of battles over the years. The first trilogy shows how adept she is with a blaster. She might not be fighting one-on-one with other characters like Darth Sidious or Darth Vader, but she does have some training.

When Leia was a teen, her adoptive parents thought it would benefit her to know at least basic self-defense. Leia is Force-sensitive, which we see in full effect in The Last Jedi. Not everyone was thrilled about it, but she is a Skywalker, so it’s not like it wouldn’t be possible. It’ll be interesting to see what will go down in The Rise of Skywalker and just how much fight Leia will have left in her.
