Star Wars: 3 underrated questions we want The Rise of Skywalker to answer

As the Skywalker saga comes to a close, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is under immense pressure to close the story once and for all. The Last Jedi did little to answer the questions posed in The Force Awakens, so the final installment of the Skywalker has a lot of work to do for fans to be fully satisfied.
Ever since the first Star Wars sequel trilogy film The Force Awakens hit theaters in 2015, we were introduced to many new characters and story lines.
Jump starting a movie franchise with a whole new timeline after a 10-year break will naturally result in a plethora of plot points that need context, characters that need background depth, and questions that need answers.

Before Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters, we have several burning questions that have eaten away at us since 2015:
Who are Rey’s parents? Who are the Knights of Ren? Will we ever find out who Snoke was?
More recently, since the teaser for The Rise of Skywalker, we have even more questions:
With all the twists that this trilogy has undergone, how in the world can JJ Abrams wrap this all up? Why are we just now seeing Lando show up? How will the Emperor Palpatine tease pan out?
These are just a few of the most popular questions that are likely to be answered. But there are several underrated questions that we would like to get some answers on.
