The second season of Star Wars Resistance will premiere this fall, Sunday, October 6 on Disney Channel and the DisneyNOW app.
Additionally, Lucasfilm has announced Season 2 will be the conclusion to the short-lived series.
It’s possible the show’s ending will align with the events of The Rise of Skywalker, which is the end of the Skywalker saga as a whole. It’s also possible that this was never meant to be a long-running series, and producers are finishing out the story without feeling the need to draw it out.
