The Rise of Skywalker is just weeks away. Being the final chapter of the series, it needs to have elements of every film in it. Here are five things we want to see from Attack of the Clones in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Attack of the Clones was the second film in the Prequel Trilogy. It is mostly remembered for its cringey moments like Anakin’s sand confession, and the entire awkward romance him and Padme go through.

It was also criticized for relying too heavily on CGI. That complaint may be warranted as there are parts of this film that look like a cartoon.

The film does have its drawbacks, but there are still plenty of things in it that were vital to the overall Star Wars story. It shows how the clones came to be in the Republic’s control, it shows a vast amount of Jedi at once, it further explains Palpatine’s rise to power, and it plants the seeds for Anakin’s ultimate seduction to the Dark Side.

Like the rest of the Prequel Trilogy Attack of the Clones is a flawed film. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t have parts we would like to see referenced or even explained in the Rise of Skywalker. Here are five things from Attack of the Clones we want to see in the final Skywalker film.
