Mustafar

Mustafar is one of the best planets in all of Star Wars. With its black mountains, lava rivers and volcanoes it just screams evil. It is the perfect setting for the classic lightsaber duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan and is as ominous as it is mesmerizing.

We learn in Rogue One that Darth Vader has built a castle on Mustafar. It is his personal lair and one he frequents when he isn’t busy doing the Emperor’s bidding. It is an impressive obsidian looking temple that according to the comics he built to contact Padme in the afterlife.

It would be great to see Rey and Kylo visit the high ground of Mustafar in the Rise of Skywalker.

It could also make sense plot-wise too. Apparently Sith and Jedi artifacts have something to do with the plot of the final movie of the Skywalker story. If they are searching for ancient Sith artifacts, making a stop at Vader’s castle on Mustafar is a very obvious move. It is likely Vader collected a few Sith memorabilia during his years as the Emperor’s number two man, and he would probably store them in his obsidian palace on the planet he lost most of his limbs.
