Star Wars Resistance fans first met Mika Grey three episodes ago. She was trapped in a Sith temple when Kaz and company saved her and then she saved them from First Order troopers.
She didn’t have anywhere to go after her ship was destroyed and joined the crew on the Colossus.

It was clear Mika Grey knew a lot, especially about Jedi and Sith. Given the Jedi have been practically forgotten about and seem more like characters in a fairy tale, eventually her knowledge will become useful.
It seems that time has come.
In Star Wars Resistance Season 2, Episode 10 ‘Kaz’s Curse,’ Mika is back. As by the title of the episode, Kaz thinks he has been cursed. He enlists Mika’s help since she likely has insight into this sort of thing.
Mika was an interesting character when we met her. She knew about the Force and could be helpful and offer insight. Although I thought maybe it would come in the form of helping Eila, who certainly seems to be Force sensitive.
But, alas, we are back to helping Kaztastrophe again (Great name that’s sticking. Thanks, Hype!).
