3. Becoming Boba Fett

It all starts with Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones. While his son Boba views Jango as a hero, there has to be some sort of weird emotional tole that comes with watching your own father get decapitated while his clones live on.

Boba’s devotion to his father is clear, especially when we see him already suspicious of Obi-Wan when the Jedi comes to visit the cloning facility on Kamino. Boba’s distaste for Obi-Wan is solidified when he tries to obliterate the Jedi with the laser blasters on his father’s space ship. Of course, later in the film, Jango is defeated and fans see Boba Fett all grown up in the original trilogy.

But what about the many years in between? In this movie, we could see Boba go from an orphaned kid to a feared bounty hunter. Did Boba always plan to go into the family business, or was there some pressure applied by the fact that thousands of copies of his father were walking around? We think a feature-length film would be a great way to provide us with those much-needed answers.
