8. Clone Trooper Chronicles

There’s already six seasons of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but the series still primarily focuses on the Jedi. What we want is a Star Wars film that tells the story of the clones themselves.

When Jango Fett was being cloned, audiences got a pretty clear picture of the kind of man — and bounty hunter — that Jango was. However, not much attention was ever paid to his clones, who just kind of blended into the massive army of the Republic, which eventually became the Empire. But was fighting all these clones ever did?

It would be interesting to see if these clones had minds of their own. It’s possible they were all brainwashed by the Republic early on, but they were still cloned from a carbon-based human being. They have minds and hearts like any other human, so it’s entirely possible that, in the transition from Republic to Empire, some clones might have had enough. Maybe some escaped. Maybe some were “let go.” Maybe some had families and lived in hiding. For once, we’d like to see the clone behind the mask.
