Rey and Ben have a child together

I’ve never been a proponent of “Reylo” but if she isn’t the daughter of Luke Skywalker or the result of a Han Solo fling, then the next best thing is that she becomes a Skywalker/Solo through her relationship with Ben.

The Last Jedi showed that there is clearly an attraction between the two. Even after what she saw Kylo do to his father and her mentor in The Force Awakens, she realized he was the only one who could relate to how she was feeling and going through, and that not everything that happened in his life was black and white.

If Ben was truly tricked and seduced to the Dark Side by Sidious, then all his atrocities could be forgiven. Rey could actually feel sorry for Ben and that could only make her attraction to him stronger as she helps bring him back to the light.

The first part of the film could be Ben’s redemption and attempts to help Rey out in her journey to destroy the First Order and the resurrected Emperor. By the end of the film, they’ll be together. One thing that supports this theory is that the official timeline that came out a few months ago ends about 13 years after The Rise of Skywalker.

That makes one believe the film could end with a time jump. My thought is that the time jump is to show the new Jedi order established by Rey and Ben and their son or daughter. Their offspring would be a creation of the light side and the dark and would truly be that balance the Force has been seeking for so long.
