Supreme Leader Kylo Ren

Towards the end of The Last Jedi, Kylo Ren kills Supreme Leader Snoke and takes the mantle as the new Supreme Leader of the First Order. It is an interesting move and a level that Kylo’s mentor Darth Vader never rose to.

It would be nice to see him act as the Supreme Leader for a short time in The Rise of Skywalker. How Kylo runs the First Order would be an interesting thing to see. Does he run it the same way he lives his life, which is completely unstable?

Does he make sound decisions one day, and then the next do something that is a little riskier because he is in a rage? It would also be neat to see if his subordinates respect him. If he is acting like a petulant child, he may not be a great leader who has the respect of his underlings. On the other hand, he could just rule through fear, and kill anyone who disagrees with him or one of his decisions.

With Palpatine returning, it is obvious Ren’s time as a leader won’t last long in the final film. It would, however, be nice to get a sense of what type of leader Kylo Ren actually is.
