5 Missed Opportunities in The Rise of Skywalker

The Rise of Skywalker was a satisfying conclusion to the Star Wars saga. There were, however, some opportunities that were missed.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has been out in theaters for about a week now. Most fans have seen it at least once, and so far opinions have been all over the map.

Some love it, some hate it, and some fall somewhere in the middle. Whatever your feelings on the film are, one can’t argue it had a massive scope and put a nice ending to the characters the Sequel Trilogy introduced and also gave closure to the overall nine-part story.

That being said, there were some opportunities that were missed in this film. Some of them would’ve been more fan service, and others were important to the plot or at least helping viewers understand how some characters could return from what looked to be certain death in past episodes.

So here are five missed opportunities in The Rise of Skywalker. There are definitely spoilers if for some reason you have yet to see the movie.
