Disney+ is going to be rolling out an Obi-Wan Kenobi series to add to their Star Wars offerings, and even though it’s still a ways off, here are five things we can look forward to.

Disney+ kicked off their Star Wars specific streaming service in tremendous fashion with The Mandalorian. While it may have divided opinions at first, by the end, fans were praising it while they simultaneously bashed The Rise of Skywalker. Disney wasted no time doubling up on its Star Wars streaming successes, announcing several new series, one detailing Cassian Andor pre-Rogue One and, more recently, a series focused on Obi-Wan Kenobi and his time on Tatooine.

With very few details, other than Ewan McGregor will reprise his role as young Obi-Wan Kenobi, there isn’t a lot to start getting hyped about, but for those wanting a little something extra, I’ve whipped up these five things we may get to see in the series, based on both the comic series and the saga.

This comes after the Jedi were eliminated following Order 66 and Obi-Wan was sent to Tatooine to keep tabs on young Luke Skywalker, who has been placed under the care of his Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru.

As we learn in the original trilogy and from the graphic novel series, Obi-Wan starts to get a bit of a crazy person reputation, which should definitely make things interesting.

Beyond that though, the scope of the series is up to speculation, but there’s a lot to be excited about already, other than it just being more Star Wars content from the people that brought us The Mandalorian. Again, with nothing confirmed, we don’t know what route the series will take, but we know enough to start building a list of things we’d want to see. As a side note, it goes without saying that just seeing Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan again is a huge perk, but that wasn’t included on the list.

And so, let’s get into it, starting with No. 5.
