3. Kid Luke!

When we first meet Luke Skywalker in A New Hope, he’s supposed to be pretty young, but old enough that he’s lost that childhood cuteness. At the time that this Obi-Wan series would be taking place, Luke would be about the same age as Anakin was in The Phantom Menace, or thereabouts.

I think young Anakin gets a bad rap. He did the job of showing us the innocent child that would become the most sinister villain in the galaxy, which involved mixing those childhood whimsies with the seeds to sprout darkness.

Seeing young Luke would have a similar effect, though obviously without the evil future ahead.

In the graphic novels, Luke flies Skyhoppers, frequently disobeys Uncle Owen, and tries to run away numerous times. Also known as being a kid, not just on Tatooine, but anywhere in the galaxy (with slight modifications, obviously).

I want to see rebellious young Luke, and the seeds that would sprout the hero of the Rebellion. I want to see him disobeying and being a kid. That just sounds like too much fun to miss.
