The Mandalorian: 3 biggest surprises from “leaked” season 2 cast

The Mandalorian is set to return in the Fall of this year, but there’s a “leaked” cast list making the rounds with some pretty amazing surprises. Here are five.

Nobody has confirmed anything for The Mandalorian Season 2 just yet, but that won’t stop speculation from running amok. And in then midst of the turmoil created by The Rise of Skywalker, anything else to talk about, particularly regarding the blinding success of The Mandalorian, is going to be consumed with gusto.

Hence why I’m talking about it now. The original tweets came from an account that claimed to get the screen shots from “The Star Wars Zone” Facebook page, with no sources cited, but there’s just enough here to talk about, albeit it gets a tad bit far-fetched towards the bottom of the cast list.

In responding to the tweet in which the original user tagged her official handle, actress Janina Gavankar, who was listed as being one of the cast, gave fuel to the fire. She didn’t deny her involvement, but rather made it clear she could not confirm nor deny it.

All in all, there is a lot to spark interest, but there are also a lot of red flags here too. For starters, the fact that there are so many characters listed. It feels like a meet-and-greet of all the characters we’ve ever wanted to see in live action, and some we may even not have thought of.

It doesn’t feel realistic, but let’s still pretend like it is and talk about the three biggest surprises from that “leaked” image. Also beware that I will have snide side comments in each one about why this cast isn’t real, but that’s just part of the territory we’re in.
