Star Wars Ultimate Roster Continued

As mentioned previously the game’s roster would be divided by the era they appeared in. The player would choose an era, for instance, Original Trilogy, and the characters from those films would appear, including Luke, Leia, Lando Calrissian, Boba Fett, and Emperor Palpatine. For characters that appear in more than one era, such as Obi-Wan, Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, or Yoda players would get to choose from their previous versions as well.

The Infinity Arcade mode, Multi-player, and Versus mode allow players to mix and match from these different eras. In the case of the same character, players would be given the option of playing an Infinities version of that character, one from a different era, or for a character like Yoda, his dark side shadow as seen on Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Season 6 Episode 12 Destiny.

Below is a near-complete roster of the characters that would be featured in this videogame. Following the Canon concept, they have been divided by the era that they appeared originally, although in other modes of the game such as Versus (Normal or Online) characters can be mixed and matched regardless of what specific era they belong in.

Prequel/Clone Wars:

Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Mace Windu, Yoda, Tarfful, Jango Fett, Embo, Cad Bane, Bossk, Pong KrellQuin-lan Vos, Asajj Ventress, Aayla Secura, Count Dooku, Darth Maul, Savage Oppress, Darth Sidious, Mother Talzin, Cpt. Rex, General Grievous, and Pre-Vizsla. Clone Force 99/The Bad Batch (Hunter, Crosshair, Tech, and Wrecker) from the recent Clone Wars series would also be included here.

Dark Times/Reign of the Empire:

The Original Trilogy:

Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, Greedo, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, Lando Calrissian, Rebel, Stormtrooper, Royal Guard, Gamorrean, Emperor Palpatine, and Ewoks/Wicket

The Resistance Era

Rey, Poe Dameron, Finn, Kylo Ren, Knights of Ren, Supreme Leader Snoke, Grandmaster Luke, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Guavian Death Gang soldier, Kanjiklub member, Praetorian Guard, First Order Trooper, Sith Trooper, Captain Phasma, Zorii Bliss, and Undead Palpatine.

Plus each of these eras of the Skywalker saga contain unlockable characters not shown above. Examples of these would include: Yoda’s Shadow/Dark Side, Acklay, Nexu, and Reek from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, Wampa (Empire Strikes Back), Rancor (Return of the Jedi), Ochi of Bestoon (Rise of Skywalker) and Dark Side Rey (also from Rise of Skywalker).

Then there are the DLC ‘s. The extra content is actually where a game like this could really excel in meeting fans expectations. In the next section, I take a look at some of the unlockables and such that I would add to enhance the experience to an even higher level of awesomeness.
